Blue Dragon, borne on the Dragon Boat festival holiday is a full-bodied blend with a big hit of juniper. Warming spicy notes of ginger, xiang sha, lemongrass and lotus are brought to life with a citrus tang. Single shot distilled from our own base spirit, Blue Dragon is perfect served neat over ice or mixed with your favourite tonic or ginger beer.

Sweet jammy blueberries, elderberries and liquorice balance the sharpness of bitter quinine from cinchona bark, delivering a robust and distinctive flavour profile.
