Sweet jammy blueberries, elderberries and liquorice balance the sharpness of bitter quinine from cinchona bark, delivering a robust and distinctive flavour profile. Hand crafted and single shot distilled from our own base spirit, New Black is perfect served neat over ice or with your favourite tonic and a squeeze of lime.
